Choc Beauty Brownies

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons coconut butter
- 140g pitted dates
- 1 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 4 scoops ProPlenish original (or 4 x 3g collagen sachets original) - 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cacao
- a little water to mix 

Method

Combine all items together and bake on fan forced (180 degrees) for 35 minutes. Makes 12 beautiful brownies.
